I have been playing, writing, and recording music since around age 10. Today I mainly work on music with Resonant Reflections, but have a hefty portfolio from years past. You can check out my recording/mixing work here.

Get off Our Backs

This is the third professional release by Chris and the first EP. This comes during a period of heavy productivity while Chris has been working predominately with Resonant Reflections. These songs, like his others, are very personal and echo stories of childhood, parenting, and being a husband. If you enjoy this work your best next bet would be to check out The Great Divide and The Unknown II.

Nick's & Scratches!

This is the initial album recorded by Chris Parkes from between 1999 and 2005. Chris has recorded many other albums before this time, but this was the most impressive set of work and a true evolution of his song writing. Where this was this was at the onset of digital this was recorded on primitive equipment. It was remastered in 2021 for the formal release and sounds better than it ever has.
